Owner

Sonny Granger is the President of Granger Development, Inc. and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. Sonny is also a Principal and Senior Advisor of SVN Southland Commercial Real Estate and has over twenty years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry. He has been directly involved in the brokerage and development of every major property type and brings to the table a tremendous amount of experience with a proven track record and history of success.

Among other successful projects, Granger Development was the lead developer for The Tennyson condominiums in Downtown Tallahassee. This fourteen-story, ninety-unit condominium project is located just a block away from the State Capitol of Florida and was Tallahassee's very first Downtown residential high-rise Condominium. The success of this project helped Tennyson win the City of Tallahassee's prestigious "Visionary Award."

As the President of Granger Development, Chris is responsible for the sourcing of investment and development opportunities for the company in addition to the oversight and coordination of all acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, design, permitting, financing, and construction of the company's projects. Since 2012, Chris has taken a leading role in the development and redevelopment of multiple self-storage, retail, and office projects. In addition to his role at Granger Development, Chris is also a seasoned commercial real estate broker with SVN Southland Commercial. 

Chris is an active member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development industry’s leading trade association and advocacy group, and has served in numerous leadership roles at both the local and state levels. He is also a member of the Self-Storage Association (SSA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Beyond her core responsibilities, Dusti plays a pivotal role as the Transactions Coordinator, ensuring smooth project transitions from contractor completion to management company handover. With her strategic vision and unwavering dedication, Dusti drives Granger Development's momentum as a leading development company, shaping the landscape of the Gulf Coast region with innovation and expertise.

Bryan is the Director of Aquisitions for Granger Development, an independent real estate investment and development company. Bryan's responsibilities include strategically analyzing conditions to identify target markets for potential developments, sourcing opportunistic ground-up development, conversions, and value-add investment opportunities within those markets, collaborating on the acquisitions and dispositions of existing assets, and participating in the due diligence, design, and development process of green-lighted projects.

In conjunction with his role at Granger Development, Bryan also serves as a commercial real estate broker with SVN Southland Commercial. Bryan's real estate practice focuses on site selection for national retailers and developers, along with the acquisition and disposition of income-producing & investment-grade properties across the Southeast.

Bryan's opportunistic persona and commitment to client relationships have led to a proven track record of success.
