Granger Development participated in this project as a co-developer with aDoor Development. Located in Historic Downtown Pensacola, the Junction at West Hill was completed in 2018. This project consisted of 32 residential townhome units. The majority of the units were sold prior to the completion of construction and the remaining units quickly sold out following the completion.
