Granger Development purchased this property in February 2017. The property had been previously occupied by Regions Bank and was 100% vacant at the time of the acquisition. Following the acquisition, Granger Development secured two long-term leases with Hancock Bank and Jimmy John’s to divide and subsequently occupy the existing building.
