Granger Development purchased this property in February 2017. The property had been previously occupied by Regions Bank and was 100% vacant at the time of the acquisition. Following the acquisition, Granger Development secured two long-term leases with Hancock Bank and Jimmy John’s to divide and subsequently occupy the existing building. A top-tobottom renovation was completed to both the interior and exterior of the building in addition to a total makeover of the parking lot, access points, and landscaping. Granger Development continues to hold this asset and it is currently 100% occupied.
