Joint Venture

Granger Development is open to forming strategic alliances with experienced partners, which creates a synergistic effect among the members. Our previous joint venture partners have contributed equity, expertise, and knowledge, and realized substantial returns for their efforts. The ownership and returns are directly based on, and commensurate with, the level of contribution and in-kind investment. Fee Development

We offer "a-la-carte" services to benefit other developers who may have specific project needs. We can be outsourced to provide these functions, which would typically benefit a developer who may not be from the area, or have a workforce on the ground in the project market.
